The Education Support Program (ESP) offers employees assistance in obtaining short and swift certifications with a duration of up to one-year to enhance their skills and abilities and make a greater contribution to their role in the organisation. Upon successful completion of the certification, ALP will reimburse up to 75% of the cost of the same that has been incurred by the employee.
